Santee Village 8 was the “hot spot” in Santee for many years. It opened 1983 and had traditional seating, a concession stand in the center with four houses to your left and four houses to your right. There were eight projectors, all Cinemecanica V8. It was closed January 6, 2000.

This theatre actually had Cinemecanica V8 projectors not V5s. Houses 3, 4, 5 and 6 had Dolby CP50 sound systems and houses 1, 2, 7, and 8 had Smart Sound systems.
