Scott Neff and Tucsonman, You are both wrong. This cinema was opened by TM Theatres on October 30th, 1981 as the Valencia Vista 4. I uploaded the grand opening ad in the photo section.

Yeah, it was called the AMC Valencia Vista 4 Theatres.
