Showcase Cinemas Huber Heights opened December 15, 1989, a copy of Showcase Cinemas Cross Pointe which opened in 1988 in Centerville.
After a massive renovation in 1998, the theatre became the area’s first theatre to offer stadium seating. In addition to the stadium seating the entrance and lobby was moved from the front to the back and an additional four screens were added.
It was taken over by Rave Motion Picture Theatres in December 2009. In June 2013 it was taken over by Cinemark.
