One of the state’s first drive-in’s, the 433-car-capacity Starway Drive-In opened in 1946, and had non-automated projection until the very end on September 3, 1991 when the final movies were Martin Short in “Pure Luck” & Jean-Claud Van Damme in “Double Impact”.

The property was converted into Starway Fun Park. Looks like some Go-Cart tracks and Miniature Golf. That is also defunct. The Marquee, however, still stands as does the entrance booth and it would appear the concession stand/projection booth was used for the Fun Park as well and is still there as of December 2016 Google Street View.
The Starway Drive-In opened on May 13th, 1949. Grand opening ad posted.
The entrance booth was removed by September 2021. The marquee is still present, although not in the best shape. The concession stand/projection booth is still intact. It is the building with the blue roof in the overhead.
Closed on September 3, 1991 with “Pure Luck” and “Double Impact”.
Opened on 13th May 1949 with “Black gold”.
