Teatro Catia fecha desconocida

The Teatro Catia is located in the suburb of Catia, to the west of central Caracas. It opened in 1940 and closed in 1980. In later years the exterior facade was covered over in sheeting, which remained on the building for many years.

It was converted into retail shopping use, but this had ceased by at least 2006 and the building was standing empty and unused when I saw it in March 2007. It was restored and re-opened by the summer of 2015.

Asi como estan abierto numeroso otros teatro de venezuela que en su web resultan cerrados.
