Located in the Norris Green district of Liverpool, the 12-screen Showcase cinemas opened on 12th December 1989. In the spring of 2019 it was ugraded to Cinema de Luxe.

Many of these cinemas were built in the USA, most are now gone.
Showcase Liverpool was refurbished to Cinema de Lux standard in spring 2019, with work completed in July. The cinema now has a new lounge bar, an increased choice of food and drinks at the concession stand, and customisable leather recliner seats in every screen as standard.
