Every time I had visited my Grandparents up there when my parents would take us to the movies we go to the Bradley. I had noticed that movie theater was a few feet down and got curious about it cause they were showing x rated movies. It was called the Rialto art. By the time I visited my grandparents in 71 they were showing a Frankenstein movie, Die Frnaknstien die. I had a chance to see the theater, but, my Cousin wanted to see another movie another theater so I never got a chance to see how this small theater looked like, until recent old photos show in a restoration, obviously for its own sake. Still unused.
I served at Benning four times, and the local theaters were always important to us. The Rialto was cheap but always had good bargains for the ticket price. The Bradley and Georgia were both great. The local drive-ins were also wonderful.
and closed as a adult cinema in 1972.
First ad from March 26th, 1919. Ad in the photo section.
The Rialto was mentioned in the Columbus Enquirer at least as early as March, 1919. The Rialto’s building looks as though it would date from the 1910s.
The Rialto is listed for lease on Loopnet.
Looks to me like there is restoration going on. See this web site:

The Rialto was listed as open as early as 1926.
