The building that this theater once housed is now a Crunch Fitness.

The theater closed October 27, 2022:

The theater closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic on March 16, 2020 and then reopened Sept. 3, 2020. AMC closed here permanently on October 27, 2022

On the Carmike website with the address above but list it as Des Moines.

City should be changed to Urbandale.

I think the building was originally a Food4Less grocery store before being converted to theatre space. Does anybody have any info on that? For the record, 8501 Hickman Road is actually in the City of Urbandale, which is not a district of Des Moines, but a separate city right next to Des Moines.
