The Chelsea Theatre was located in downtown Burlington on Valley Street at 5th Street. It was an adult movie theatre and opened July 4, 1975 with Marilyn Chambers in “Behind the Green Door” & “The Resurection of Eve”. It was closed February 28, 1987. The building is now part of Burlington’s Chinatown.
