The Maple Leaf closed in 1995 and was owned and operated by C. Herringer. Car capacity was 630.
My dad managed the theater until 1984. I started cleaning the snack stand at 14 and then was an usher, carhop, assistant manager and for 2 years after my dad retired I was manager. My 2 brothers and a sister plus several friends worked there For several years. It was a great high school job and perfect place to hang out with friends and dates!
