The Forest Mall opened as a twin on August 1, 1973 with Gene Hackman in “Scarecrow” & John Wayne in “Cahill U.S. Marshal”. It is the sister theatre to the 8-screen Fond du Lac 8 Theatre. The Forest Mall played first run attractions and was closed by Spring of 2015. It was demolished along with the entire mall in 2020.
