The Jordan Creek 20 opened in 2005 when the Jordan Creek Town Center opened. Initially it was operated by Century Theatres. It is the largest multiplex in the Des Moines metro.

August 4th, 2004 grand opening ad in photo section. It is the last major cinema complex to be built in the Des Moines area.
