The Nemo Theater was operating prior to 1941. Max Arnold bought the Nemo Theater from William Kane in October 1945. In February 1952, Arnold closed the theater and converted the space to a furniture store.

Thanks. Looks like it’s called Esman’s now. The marquee is still there.
