The Stadium Drive-In was owned by Richard Lavigne and had a preview opening on July 3, 1952 with Eddie Albert in “The Dude Goes West” & John Payne in “Tripoli”. Its grand opening was on July 4, 1952 with Philip Friend in “The Highwayman” & Leo Gorcey and The Bowery Boys in “Let’s Go Navy!”. It was a single screen and possibly closed in May of 1960. The drive-in has since been demolished.

According to waterwinterwonderland.com, this was part of the Stadium Arena, now the Deltaplex.
Uploaded the aerial of the site from 1953, Was this drive-in elsewhere?
Opened on July 3rd, 1952. Grand opening ad posted.
A 1955 aerial shows the drive-in behind what would become the Delta Plex Arena.
What’s interesting is the parking overflow which runs alongside the drive-in. It has straight lines for parking, so I doubt it was intended to become a second screen for the drive-in.
