55-Hi Drive-In

The Olsen Drive-In opened somewhere around 1950 and was operated by Jim Olsen, later by Steve Eisner when it was renamed 55-Hi Drive-In. The drive-in was listed at 500 car capacity with a single screen. It was closed around 1975. It has since been demolished.

Most likely closed in 1975 when the Northwoods Drive-In opened on the other side of town in Prudenville. 1951 listing calls this the Olson Drive-In.

Its concession stand continued to survive until the mid-1980s.
