Located in Millwall on the Isle of Dogs, south of Poplar in east London’s Docklands area. The Millwall Picture Theatre was opened on 31st January 1913, a conversion of an engineering business. It was operated by Harry Rothstein, whose family operated several other local cinemas.
The Millwall Picture Theatre was closed in 1917, a casualty of World War I.
