The Colonial Cinemas 12 opened in the Spring of 2006, replacing the former Briarcliff Cinemas which closed on August 18, 2005. Also located in North Myrtle Beach off North Kings Highway.

It has now changed to an AMC theater

Now named AMC Colonial Mall 12; the mall itself is now called Myrtle Beach Mall.

It is now called AMC CLASSIC
