The Airport 8 opened on December 20, 1995. The building was remodeled and four screens were added in 2001. The remodel included conversion to stadium style seating, cafeteria concession stand and a cafe. It is currently operated by SR Entertainment Group.

Is this the same theater? Notice it is in WINDSOR, not SANTA ROSA. 4 photos from Cinema Tour, the last photo shows construction of an addition.

Yes, this is the same theatre. Cinema Tour is incorrect. The Airport Stadium 12 is in Santa Rosa, CA
Correction. It opened on December 20th, 1995. I posted the grand opening ad in the photo section.
As the guy who runs Cinematour, and as a local of Sonoma County, at the time of the theatre’s opening the area was widely considered as part of Windsor and was referred to in most articles as being in Windsor. It is now widely accepted to be part of Santa Rosa.
