This was originally planned to be built as a theater operated by Cinemette Corporation of America, but was tossed before opening.

This opened with two cinemas on August 17th, 1973. Expansion phases: 3 screens on November 5th, 1993 5 screens on June 20th, 1997 6 screens in 2003
