The Jenks Drive-In was your typical small town drive-in, but one would have needed bug spray in the summer. Millen, being below the Fall line, has swarms of Georgia gnats and how anyone in July could enjoy a movie there, well, they would have to be a local.

The Jenks Drive-In, opened November 28, 1951, parked a nice size of 350 cars, one of the larger drive-ins outside Augusta. It was owned by Pal Amusement Co. which owned quite a few South Georgia theatres. It was likely closed before 1967, and the screen was gone by 1970.
