Opened as the Sequoia Mall Cinema on November 8, 1996 by Mann Theatres. In 2002 it was taken over by Signature Theatres. Since 2004 it was operated by the Regal Entertainment Group. It played a mix of 1st-run and 2nd-run movies. It was closed on May 17, 2023.

An older triplex operated in the northwest corner of the mall property from the late 1970’s until 1996. It was owned by Mann. You can see the building in Maps.bing.com’s bird eye view. It since been demolished.
