Number One Drive-In Theatre, Inc., was the name of the corporation that was approved by the National Production Authority to build a drive-in at Daytona Beach in March 1951. The Coles City Directory may have used that for its listing.

The 1969 Coles City Directory list a Number One Drive In theatre at Ridgewood Ave. Is this possibly the same or another drive in theater?

In the March 2, 1970 issue of Boxoffice, Martin Theatres president C. L. Patrick announced that his company had acquired a bunch of theaters from Floyd Enterprises. Among them was the Fun-Lan in Edgewater.

This one was gone prior to 1995. There’s a bank on the US 1 frontage and another building in the back of the lot. The address for the bank is 1304 South Ridgewood Avenue.
