Opened as Starnet Cinemas, it became the Palatka Stadium 4 and operated by the Cinema Holdings Group. It was closed in early-2014. It was reopened in 2019 as the Palatka Cinema, operating with two screens. It was closed in late-2021.

Palatka Building and Zoning reports that the business license under Cinema Holdings expired 9/30/2012. The next most recent license under TSI Cinema or Palatka Cinema expired May 2013. They were not able to confirm that the theater is still in operation. No other license information was available.
The theatre is closed.
