Aladdin Drive-In

Located in Ottawa, the Aladdin Drive-In was one of the area’s nicest drive-ins always playing the finest movies. It opened on July 13, 1951 with Danny Kaye in “A Song Is Born”. It parked 500 cars and was owned by Twinex in the late-1950’s. On June 1, 1973 a big star of the late-1950’s was still packing them in, John Wayne in "The Cowboys" with "What’s Up Doc?“" second feature. It was closed in 1993.

Opened on 13/7/1951 with a cartoon(not named), news, and “A song is born”. Closed in 1993. Demolished(date unknown?). Site is overgrown with trees.
