Bay Drive-In

Niceville is a city in Okaloosa County, Florida, located close to Eglin Air Force Base. It was previously named Boggy Bayou, but the name was changed to attract more tourists. The Bay Drive-In opened April 5, 1950. It was opened by W.H. Graham Sr. and W.H. Ward. In 1951 it was operated by James J. Tringas of Tringas Theatres of Fort Walden Beach, FL. The Bay Drive-In closed in 1965 and the property is now the NVOC Regional Waste Water Plant.
