Was open as the Jubilee Theatre as early as 1935. Seating was listed at 300 at that time. It is located on North Railway Avenue West, at Cavers Street. The theatre was owned by Mr. H. Sage and was open four to six days a week with it later becoming a seven day a week operation.
During the early-1970’s the theatre was owned by Mr. L. Shannon and was renamed the Deloraine Theatre. It was last owned by Ms. Peggy Saunders and the theatre featured first run attractions until it was closed in 2014. It has reopened as a live music venue named Deloraine Winchester Thetare

This stopped showing movies in 2010.
This theatre hosted movies at least through 2014. You can see the 2013 Google street view when it was showing the movie “The Heat”. It is now a live music theatre known as the Deloraine Winchester Theatre.
