The Cozy Theatre was operating prior to 1926. By 1941 it was operated by Commonwealth Amusement. They still operated the Cozy Theatre in 1950.

I just added a Vintage Cozy Theatre ticket courtesy of Susan Quenzer Thomson.

Attn. CT Admin., spelling should be changed from “Cosy” to “Cozy”.

Listed in the 1926 Yearbook with 450 seats. If this address is correct, then this has been demolished. There’s a 1960s (?) bank on the east half of that block.
