This early theater was located on the second floor of an old opera house, constructed sometime before 1893. The building was a wood frame structure with brick veneer, holding 4 storefronts on the ground floor. Although the 1905 map shows the opera house still operating, this theater is not listed in the 1905 Cahn Guide.

By 1908, movies were being shown here. If this theater survived until 1914-15, it was likely either the Iris or the Lyric. The 1925 map is not available online, but this theater had definitely closed by 1926.

The building appears to have been demolished and replaced by a slightly smaller one story building sometime around 1920.
