Purpose-built multiplex on a leisure park. The Westlakes 9 was opened by Santikos Theatres on December 7, 1984. It became the Alamo Drafthouse Westlakes on August 23, 2004.

an all-you can watch special….sounds quite enticing.
This opened as the Westlakes 9 cinemas by Santikos theatres on December 7th, 1984 and later owned by Act III, Regal and back to Santikos theatres until 2004 when it was reopened as the Alamo Drafthouse – Westlakes.
Reopened as Alamo Drafthouse on August 23rd, 2004.
