The Tivoli Theatre was opened on May 5, 1930 with Winnie Lightner in “She Couldn’t Say No”. It was equipped with a Northern Electric sound system. Seating was listed at 510. The theatre closed in 1945 and was converted to retail use. The building is now a furniture store named Modern Furniture.
