Century Theatres opened this theatre on December 19, 1997 as a 12 plex. Six additional screens were added in 2001 and the theatre had its official reopening as the Century Orleans 18 on December 19, 2001. The theatre is now under the Cinemark banner.

The theatre features RealD 3D, digital presentation, online ticketing and first run attractions.
