This megaplex was built as part of an expansion and renovation of the Vallco Fashion Park shopping center. It was opened by AMC on April 27, 2007. The theatre features IMAX, digital presentation and other amenities.
The AMC Cupertino Square 16 closed March 22, 2018.

AMC announced it would close March 22, 2018 as the Vallco Fashion Park Mall has gone into greyfield status losing all of its anchor stores and the vast majority of its interior stores.
Grand opening ad in the photo section.
Sad, the theater itself was good, but the mall was in complete disrepair by the time it closed down. Went there quite a lot before I moved.
