This opened in 1970 as Ciné Parc de Lanaudiere by Claude Roy and sold to Marcel Venne’s Cinemas RGFM in 1989, renamed Cine-Parc Joliette. It was sold for housing subdivision after the 2011 season, its last. Cinema 1 530 Cinema 2 405 Cinema 3 287 Total 1,222 cars

The housing estate has an entrance road called Rue du Cine Park.
