This 4 screen theatre was opened on March 25, 1983 and has operated as a first run theatre since opening. The theatre was remodeled in 2005 with the addition of an updated façade, new concession area and enlarged lobby. Digital projection was added in 2011.
The theatre is operated by Foothills Entertainment Co. which is based in Kilgore and operates 3 other theatres in Texas.

Opened on March 25th, 1983.
In 2020 the theatre added recliner seating and refurbished the auditorium decor with new draperies, flooring and sound systems. Bear & wine and limited snack food items were also added to the concession menu at that time. On September 20, 2025 Foothills Entertainment sold the theatre to a local investor group, ET Star Entertainment,LLC which continues to operate the theatre as 1st run venue Byron Berkley, President Foothills Entertainment
