A photo of the Village Theatre’s concession stand appeared on the cover of the “Modern Theatre” section of Boxoffice, November 9, 1964.
The Village Theatre opened about 1965. It was owned by Ed Rabb’s Acme Amusement Corporation, which also operated the Ascot and Starlight Drive-In Theatres.
A picture of the theater’s exterior sign as of 1989 can be seen here. The theater was opened by National General and then operated by Mann Theaters before TBE.
