Located to the east of the city centre in the district of Canyamelar, close to the Port of Valencia. The Cine Musical was opened in 1929. Seating was provided for 1,065, with 675 in the orchestra and 390 in the balcony.
The Cine Musical was closed as a cinema on 14th January 1974. Around 2000, the building was being restored, and it re-opened as a 420 seat live theatre, with some cinema use.
