According to Los Angeles Times listings, Movies 10 opened on June 21, 1991 making it Cinemark’s second Victorville location.
On July 29, 2009 the Daily Press noted that the theater had became a discount operation. This left the first-runs to the newer Cinemark 16, which is in the Mall of Victor Valley across the freeway. It was closed on March 17, 2020. It was announced in June 2020 that the closure would be permanent.
