Opened as the UC6 on June 19, 1987, in a shopping center directly across the street from the University of Central Florida. Regal built a 20-screen multiplex in the Waterford Lakes Town Centre open-air mall in the late-1990’s, turning this one into a discount theater until it closed in 2001.
It was briefly in use as a nightclub/party venue, but has apparently gone unused since then.

This opened as UC6 on June 19th, 1987. No grand opening ad was taken out in the newspaper for this cinema.
