This opened on November 22nd, 1968. Grand opening ad in the photo section.
400 cars. Site is now an office complex and park.
The twin drive-in was still intact, looking active, in a 1981 aerial photo. By 1985, it was already partially replaced with a building.
Opened on the east screen with “Pecos Bill” and “Doctor Zhivago” and on the west screen with “Angels from hell” and “The mini-skirt mob”. Austin’s first twin screen drive-in theatre.
