The East Prairie Drive-In opened on March 25, 1954 with Fernando Lamas in “Jivaro”(aka Lost Treasure of the Amazon). It parked 350 cars. It was operated by Earl Ferrell, Geraldine Twitty and Andy Dietz. Dietz was the buying and booking agent for Co-Operative Theatres. He was also in the partnership operating the Home of the Stars Drive-In and the Delta Drive-In both in Sikeston, MO and the Parkview Drive-In, in Jackson, MO. The East Prairie Drive-In closed around 1970.
This address is little off. It is farther north on 105.
