By 1990,this was still a first-run theatre with upgraded features like cupholders on all seats and full DTS sound for its showing of Val Kilmer in THE SAINT.
Tom Cruise' DAYS OF THUNDER was shown in full DTS sound.

It wasn’t until 1996 or 1998 when this theatre went from showing first-run features to becoming a second-run discount theater under Eastern Federal when the admission was $1.50 for all features(which took over the Regency Four that closed in 1996)until Eastern Federal closed this theatre in 2000.
