General Cinema opened the McCain Mall Cinema I & II on August 1, 1973. This was their only entry in the state of Arkansas. The cinema was taken over by Rand Theatres and was still open in early-1989. Now retail shops.

Had a brief run post General Cinema as a Rand Theatres location.

It was still operating in late 1988, early 1989. I had moved from Little Rock in the summer of 1988 and the McCain theater was the nearest one.

This opened on August 1st, 1973. Grand opening ad in the photo section.
