The UA The Movies 3 Theatres was located in the Mt. Shasta Mall and opened on August 15, 1975 with Peter Sellers in “The Return of the Pink Panther”, Gene Hackman in “Bite the Bullet” & Ron Ely in “Doc Savage” Its entrance was around MasterCuts or Wet Seal. It was closed on October 18, 1990 and the theatre space is currently Xtreme Fitness.

I’m going from memory, but that sounds about right. The distinguishing feature of the theater was that there was a wide ramp going down from the mall level into the main lobby (past the ticket booth I believe).
I can confirm this was a 3-screener in 1981 when they ran Raiders of the Lost Ark . (I cannot say whether it started life with fewer screens or ended with more screens.)
According to the NRHP registration form for the Cascade Theatre, the United Artists triplex at Mount Shasta Mall was opened in 1975.
