The Ace Theatre was open in the early-1940’s. Seating was listed at 691 seats. This was a Negro Theatre operated by Bijou Amusements. This was one of four Negro Theatres in Alexandria. The Ace Theatre closed in the late-1950’s. A highway entrance ramp goes thru where the theatre once stood.
