The Cinema 21 opened on December 25, 1970. Seating was listed at 500. The theatre was owned by Star Theatres and closed in the late-1970’s. It later became known as the LKM Auditorium and was used for community activities, community plays and concerts. It closed in 2010. The building stood vacant until it was converted into a special events center.
