The Bioscoop Café Blauw was the first bioscope to open on the Rembrandtplain in the centre of Amsterdam. It was formerly a coffee house, located on the ground floor of the building, operated by J. Blauw. It opened on 2nd December 1909 and closed on 20th February 1915.
It reverted back to its former use as a coffee house, which continues today on the ground floor of the Hotel Atlanta.
