This approximate address tracks really well for Google Earth: 1545 Quail St, Lakewood, CO 80215.
The W. Colfax drive-in opened on 6/14/67. The address listed in the directories at the time was 11400 E. Colfax. I am putting together a series of books on the Denver area’s drive-ins and indoor theatres. Boxoffice, Dec. 18, 1967: “Winds up to 70 miles an hour destroyed the screen tower of the West Colfax Drive-In in the northwest section of Denver.”
