The Mann Union Square 6 was a stand alone theatre high on a ridge on Van Gordon Avenue. It was built for and operated by Mann Theatres, opening on October 3, 1980. It was closed on September 7, 2000.

SAW NUMBER OF FILM HERE WHILE I LIVED IN CO. WAS WITH G.C.C. AS A DIVISION MANAGER, LATER WAS C.O.O. FOR MANN THEATERS SO I KNOW THIS GREAT THEATER WELL, ALWAYS DID VERY WELL EXCELLENT AREA ONE OF MY FAVORITES
