Located on N. Lombard Street to the west of N. Albina Avenue. The 400-seat Rose Theatre was built in 1924. It was still operating in 1929. By 1931 it had been renamed Lombard Theatre with a seating capacity for 256-seats and was listed as (Closed) in the 1932 edition of Film Daily Yearbook.
The 418-seat Lombard Theatre was reopened by 1950 and was still open in late-1965.
