The Broadway Theatre was opened on March 6, 1925 with Jack Holt in “North of ‘36” & an Our Gang comedy, plus acts of vaudeville on the stage. It had 1,500-seats andwas equipped with a Kimball organ. It was no longer listed in 1930.

The 1,500-seat Broadway theatre opened on March 6th, 1925. Grand opening ad posted.

Was the capacity ever 350? Is the address correct? If so, this was demolished years ago. The contributor is unreliable, and makes lots of errors.
